Intra-Company Transferee
In cases where employees from overseas subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliated companies, etc. are transferred to a Japanese corporation for a certain period of time, they will apply for this status of residence.

| Types of occupation |  Same as ’’Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services’’ status ———- (Engineer, IT Engineer, Developer, etc. ) , ( General work relating to Accounting, Legal Affairs, Sales job etc.) , (Translator, Interpreter, Designer, Language teacher etc.)  | 
| Review Standards | ・Has been working at the company abroad for more than one year continuously right before transferring to Japan.  *Receive no less remuneration than would a Japanese national for comparable work. *No education background is needed  | 
| Adequacy *In case of Change of status of residence / Extension of period of stay  |  Same as ’’Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services’’ status ———- ・ Stability: Company performance, Income stability etc. ・ Continuity: Period of Contract, Tax payment records etc. ・ Credibility: Genuine application documents, No false statements in past applications etc. ・ Behavior requirement: Good conduct (No criminal records etc.)  |
